Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused, unmarked items within 14 days of purchase.

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Package up the item(s) you wish to return, including all originals packaging and labels (still attached) along with your original invoice.
  2. Please fill in the included returns form stating the reason for return and if you would like to exchange the product or request a refund.
  3. Send the parcel back to us at the following address:
    Returns, E.H.Spencer, 9/11 Market Place, Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire, CV36 4AG.

Please note:
All goods are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you send goods by recorded delivery. Postage of returned goods will not be refunded.

Instore returns policy.

 Our 'instore returns' policy has not changed and is credit or exchange only. We shall give refunds in accordance with your legal rights. For example, if the goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance. In other cases we shall consider an exchange, a credit note or repair.

Please remember you are not entitled to a refund if you have simply changed your mind, you have damaged the goods after you have bought them or you were aware of the defect before you bought them. 

 

Sale / Reduced Items

Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion may be exchanged or given a credit note for.

This must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

In the rare event of a product being faulty or not what you requested, please contact us as soon as possible after you receive the goods on 01608 661529. 

We will either arrange collection for the item or refund the cost of any postage costs incurred by you.
